Consider it caught Basement Prophet! Y’all might remember this dude from the tail end of last year when we posted up his single/video “Die Abrechnung” here at our pages – and as it turns out, the man is already back in action this year to get 2023 moving in the right direction straight off the drop with a brand-new cut called “Catch My Vibe” released as the New Year began. Pairing up with his sister Nanouk for a stylistically slick single & video shot at White Horse Saloon, it’s no surprise that Basement Prophet has got another high-quality cut and experience for ya to enjoy – it’s simply what the man does! If you saw his last video, you know that quality comes naturally to him…I’d imagine it’s safe to say that we can always expect to see that onscreen in his videos and hear it in the man’s music. Nanouk, who is already an artist at eighteen, and also drops serious bars into “Catch My Vibe,” is a perfect fit alongside Basement Prophet in this single. Word on the street is that she started her journey into making music while in school playing the violin, and look at her now – she’s got style, flair, and her own sound – she even pours one out for the homies right there on the floor of the White Horse! Clearly bossed up and gifted as well, it certainly seems like the family tree has whole branches of artists that are set to flourish over these next years to follow.
