0092 – Kyle Truelove Album II

Here’s a look at some of our favourite memories from our history…the SBS Photo Journal!  Gathered from our show SBS Live This Week, live events around local Vancouver, BC & beyond, and from all our random experiences here at the place we love more than anything, sleepingbagstudios.  Leftover shots we had from our time interviewing an artist we once knew as Kyle Truelove…who now goes by his full-name, Kyle Schepens, aka the lead singer/guitarist for Aztec.  We met him way back when in 2013 and knew there was something special about this David Spade-esque, skinny dude with a newly growing-in mustache and nearly fist-sized hole in his acoustic guitar!  Turns out there truly is – he’s gone on to crush it with his new band Aztec and is putting out his best music to-date now for sure.  Check out a little more of the history between us – this is that same Kyle from Aztec, way, way back when in 2013 when we met him on SBS Live This Week on our trip to Vancouver Island in the early part of that year.
