0155 – The Pit (Live @ The Media Club 2013) Album II

These hairy heroes!  One of the most pivotal shows I’ve had the privilege to see – The Pit left it all onstage at The Media Club in early 2013.  Our first time seeing the band live after having them in the studio for an episode of SBS Live This Week – it was a mind-blowing show that still stands-out in my mind as one of the best I’ve ever seen out there in the independent scene, or any scene at all for that matter.  They packed the house…then we packed it even more with about 15-20 additional bodies from SBS representing…we had cameras rolling…we caught every grunge-filled minute and had the time of our lives watching these guys KILL IT onstage.  Word on the street is that The Pit are back at it again and looking to record some new material in 2017…I know for a fact I couldn’t possibly be more stoked about that…I’m well-beyond whatever my max-stoked is every time I think about it…long live The Pit!!!
