0012 – Aeterna

Here’s a look at some of our favourite memories from our history…the SBS Photo Journal!  Gathered from our show SBS Live This Week, live events around local Vancouver, BC & beyond, and from all our random experiences here at the place we love more than anything, sleepingbagstudios. Originally a friend from back in my ‘working’ days, Brad Wengranowski guitarist for Aeterna brought the band by in early 2013 for an interview…and all-sorts of mayhem ensued!  Featuring the original line-up of Mike, Alex, Cameron, Ruddy and Brad…the band is currently now recording their new material with a few changes to the line-up.  Mike and Alex have gone on to other things, and Aeterna brought in new-drummer Warrick in 2014.  Their complicated song-structures and brutal power-metal sound take a long time for them to perfect to their own standards in order to release…but rest-assured, we’ll be ready when it’s out there to tell you all about it.  For now – check out some pictures of our first interaction with Aeterna in 2013 on SBS LTW!
