The SBS Free Interview 2026

No April foolin’ around here – the SBS Free Interview is back!

We’ve got questions, and presumably, you’ve got some answers – so let’s talk tunes again this year.

After having such a great response to our interview last year, we decided to run it back and create a new one for you in 2026.  Ten questions, all ready to go, and all you need to do in order to participate is send me (Jer @ SBS) an email to jeremy@sleepingbagstudios.ca with the subject line stating “I LOVE FREE STUFF” and I’ll send you your interview within about twenty four hours.  That’s all there is to it.  I mean, ideally you’ll still take some time to answer the questions we send over, which might take a minute or two, but getting the interview itself IS that easy.  Your music is important enough to take a moment to talk about it, isn’t it?  We think it is!  Answering ten questions can’t really be all that scary, or too much work, right?

We’ll gather everything we receive throughout the month of April for publication on our site in May, and once again we’ll be releasing them in the order that they are received – completed, of course.  Once we get your answers back with a picture we can use for the posting, we’ll confirm your upcoming date for publication in May, and if we have the same kind of response as last year, we’ll continue into the next month and so on until we’ve got everything posted up online.  There are no hidden strings attached – it is completely and totally free to participate in, open to artists and bands of all ages, genres & skill levels.

We’re looking forward to having you join us this year once again.  Whether you’ve participated in an interview with us in the past, or this is your first time, we’ll be happy to have you posted up on our pages, and can’t wait to see what you have to say to the people out there in answer to our questions.
