SBS Separated 015 – The Breeders (Live @ The Commodore 2014)

Enjoy This!  So what if we snuck a camera into the show!  So what if bassist Josephine Wiggs totally noticed me filming everything I could from underneath my beard!  It was The BREEDERS!  And there was no way of knowing whether or not I’d ever get the chance again.

It wasn’t until I got home, had sent them a link to the files…and then eventually read that no cameras had been allowed in any of the recent tour shows.  I think they realized two things during that tour…one being that, people like me might write but don’t read when it comes to rules…and two, eventually they really wanted that footage and made an open request to all following their social media that if they did have any footage, to please send it in.  Check out one of my absolute favorite songs by them, “Drivin On 9” from their Last Splash Tour in 2014, here in the Commodore Ballroom of Vancouver.  Apologies for the points you can’t see anything…I didn’t want to get kicked out of a true moment in time where I was glad to be there and catch even a second on film of this legendary band.
