The powerfully expressive, colorful & imaginative music of Melbourne, Australia’s five-piece progressive-rock band Enlight is designed to sonically captivate listeners through bold structures and stunning songs that combine the beauty of pure melody & all-out menace of metal-mayhem as one. With an intensely explorative & innovative style that digs deep into the depths of sound in effort to create timeless music that sincerely offers something new to the ears, Enlight transitions from the light to the dark & back again, contrasting sounds in extraordinary ways that genuinely connect to us all.

After first blazing onto the stage for Progfest in 2014, Enlight has since gone on to dominate stages with their wild blend of charismatic instrumentation, enchanting vocals and ethereal harmonies. As they continued to refine their sound and challenge each other to the next artistic-level of their own creativity, all the walls came down between them, forming an unbreakable bond in the band through music. Taking their experience, confidence and unity along with their mystical, heavy & dreamy sounds into the studio to record, Enlight officially released their debut EP called Voices in 2016 worldwide.

Supporting the intense new material from the Voices EP, Enlight just completed their first national tour and have witnessed firsthand how the strong buzz surrounding their atmospheric style & sound has now turned into a full-blown roar of cheers, love and confirmation. Continually inspired to be at their best at every moment, twist & turn in their music – the energy, emotion and vibrant expression in Enlight’s live performances is exactly what they bring to their recordings; amazing new songs are officially on the way. Julia, Sam, Nguyen, Rachael & Max are all heading back to the studio to write, jam and record their most vivid, insightful & dynamic music to-date while preparing a full album release for 2018.

Trying to contain their excitement and enthusiasm as the support for their sound continues to spread like wildfire is tough…trying to contain their music or limit their imagination is altogether impossible. Enlight has their enigmatic sound right where they want it, flowing perfectly in between their dreams & reality…and with each passing day & new song written, they bring those two elements closer together.
